ONLY THE PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCEDURE MAY BE SUBJECT TO REDRESS

THE SCIENTIFIC FEEDBACK AND DECISIONS OF THE REFEREEES AND COMMITTEES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REDRESS

  • Redress requests have to be submitted within 15 days of being notified of a decision at each step.
  • The request for redress must include the reason for the redress’s request and if possible factual proof(s) of the suspected failure to procedure implementation.
  • A written response will be made to all requests for redress, within 1 week following the date of reception.

Step 1: Application validation 

  • Notification of contents of application: recommendations submitted*, files uploaded and final application: 27/02/2026  * All applicants with missing recommendations from both refreees were thus informed that  their application was disqualified.
  • Notification of Application Validation: 11 March 26

Redress requests may be submitted until 26 March 

Step 2: External Evaluation and Selection for an interview

  • from the end of March until the middle of April 
  • Notifications sent between 31 March and 7 April 2026

Redress requests may be submitted until 21 April (depending on the date of notification)

Step 3: Interview

  • mid April – mid May

Notification of  Final Selection step for PhD Fellowship – 13 May 2026

Redress requests may be submitted until 26 May 2026
