Evaluation of Applications
All applications are verified for eligibility and then sent to be evaluated by two independent external evaluators.
Interviews
Online interviews are conducted by an Interview Committee (see the full guide for applicants for details). Each candidate has 12 min of presentation and 15 min for questions. (A total of 30 minutes is allocated for each candidate.)

CALL OPEN: WEEK 29 – WEEK 39. Publication of Call: 15 July 2026 (On website and Euraxess). Application portal open: 21 July 2026.
Deadline to register and start an application and choose a PhD project: 15 SEPTEMBER 2026 12:00 noon PARIS TIME (UTC+2). No new applications can be registered after this date. Selected PhD project cannot be modified after this date

VALIDATION OF APPLICATIONS AND EXTERNAL EVALUATION: WEEK 39 – WEEK 42 (16/09/2026 – 13/10/2026)

NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS: WEEK 46 (9 – 14 November 2026)
