ONLY THE PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCEDURE MAY BE SUBJECTED TO REDRESS
THE SCIENTIFIC FEEDBACK AND DECISIONS OF THE REFEREEES AND COMMITTEES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REDRESS
The different steps are: Application (Eligibility, Dossier status etc.); Evaluation / Selection for Interview; Interview / Selection for PhD Fellowship
Redress requests have to be submitted within 15 days of being notified of a decision at each step:
- Application disqualified: starting on 2 March until 17 March
- Selection for an interview: from the end of March until the middle of April (the precise dates will be communicated at a later time)
- Selection for a PhD fellowship: from the end of April until the middle of May (the precise dates will be communicated at a later time)
NOTE: The request for redress must include the reason for the redress’s request and if possible factual proof(s) of the suspected failure to procedure implementation.
A written response will be made to all requests for redress, within 1 week following the date of reception.
