Mathieu Kociak, CNRS Senior research director, head of the STEM group and deputy director of the french electron microscopy network METSA.
He is currently working especially on nanooptics and quantum nanooptics with fast electrons using EELS, cathodoluminescence or more exotic spectroscopies like EEGS or CLE. He has transferred his STEM-CL technology to the Attolight compagny. Mathieu’s awards the quadrennial FEI-EM award (2012) of the European Microscopy Society and the Agar Medal of the Royal Society of Microscopy (2015).
